Carlene is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. Over these years she served the industry in a diversity of specialist areas such as Marketing and Sales, Recruitment and Training, Customer Quality Management and Real Estate Development. She is the Qualifying Broker of Property Solutions and currently serves as Honorary Secretary of the Realtors Association of Jamaica.

She specialises in Sales, Rental, Leases and Management Consultancy. She is a graduate of the University of Technology and the University of the West Indies (Mona) where she read for and graduated with distinction in the Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
